Notably, in 2007, he undertook a challenging project near the Washington capital—a 7-unit condominium that showcased his skills. The units sold at the highest per square foot price in the neighborhood, affirming Mr. Tesfaye’s exceptional abilities in architectural innovation.
Post the 2008 financial crisis, he transitioned into a freelance architect, providing consultancy services for residential and commercial projects across the DC Metro area, Dubai and Ethiopia. Subsequently, Mr. Tesfaye founded his construction and development company, crediting his success to a deep understanding of both architecture and construction. Fueled by a commitment to excellence, he diligently stays updated with the latest industry technologies and trends.
Currently based in Northern Virginia, Endalk Tesfaye concentrates on constructing single-family homes in key areas such as Vienna, McLean, Oakton, and Alexandria, solidifying his standing as a distinguished figure in the architecture and construction domain.
