Megan was born and raised in northern Virginia, where she developed a strong appreciation for community and connection. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, she decided to take her career south to North Carolina. There, she discovered her passion for real estate and quickly immersed herself in the industry.
Since earning her North Carolina real estate license in 2016, Megan has gained extensive experience in nearly every aspect of the business. Over the years, she has worked as an agent, transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and team manager, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to guide a transaction from start to finish. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to clear communication have helped her close more than 2,000 transactions successfully.
Megan takes pride in creating a smooth and positive experience for every client and team she works with. She knows that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and she strives to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Her background across multiple real estate roles allows her to anticipate challenges and provide thoughtful solutions that keep transactions moving forward.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors, being around animals, and making music. Whether hiking a trail, playing with her dogs, or singing her favorite songs, she finds balance and inspiration in the things she loves most.
